Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using PassMaster (the "Service"), operated by Metanoia Training and Consulting ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

PassMaster is an online exam preparation platform providing PMI certification practice simulators, mock exams, study materials, articles, and performance analytics. The Service is intended for individuals preparing for PMI certifications including PMP, CAPM, PMI-RMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-PBA, and PMI-SP. PassMaster is an independent exam preparation service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Project Management Institute (PMI). PMI, PMP, CAPM, PMI-RMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-PBA, and PMI-SP are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account • Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account • Not share your account credentials with any third party We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

PassMaster offers monthly subscription plans per PMI certification. By subscribing, you agree to the following: Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled. Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized payment processor. We do not store your credit card information. Paddle's terms of service apply to all payment transactions. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date. Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time subscribers who have not completed more than one full mock exam. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the initial charge. Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

All content on PassMaster — including but not limited to exam questions, explanations, articles, study materials, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Metanoia Training and Consulting or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes only. You may not: • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without written permission • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service • Sell, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its content

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Impersonate any person or entity • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code • Harvest or collect personal information about other users • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable • Any errors in the Service will be corrected Passing a PMI certification exam depends on many factors beyond exam preparation. We do not guarantee that use of PassMaster will result in passing any PMI examination.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, METANOIA TRAINING AND CONSULTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://metanoiatraining.com/privacy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the business interests of PassMaster. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amman, Jordan. For users located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
