Samah Alafeef

Samah Alafeef is a distinguished project management professional, risk management expert, and the founder and CEO of Metanoia Training and Consulting — a Jordan-based training and consulting firm that has been transforming careers since 2013.

Holding both the Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certifications from PMI, along with the CPMAI (Certified Project Management AI) designation, Samah brings a rare combination of technical depth, strategic thinking, and practical field experience to every engagement.

Over more than a decade, Samah has trained over 500 professionals across Jordan, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Turkey, and beyond — consistently achieving high first-attempt pass rates for PMI certifications. Her training philosophy is rooted in the belief that real learning changes how you think, not just what you know — a philosophy captured in the name Metanoia, the Greek word for a transformative change of mind.

As a risk management consultant, Samah has worked with government agencies, financial institutions, technology companies, and NGOs to design and implement enterprise risk frameworks, establish Project Management Offices (PMOs), and align project delivery with strategic objectives. Her consulting work spans the full project lifecycle — from risk strategy and planning through monitoring, reporting, and closeout.

Samah is a recognized voice in the regional project management community. She speaks regularly at PMI chapter events, professional development forums, and international conferences on topics including AI in project management, PMO governance, agile transformation, and the ethics of data-driven decision-making.

In 2025, Samah launched PassMaster — a comprehensive digital exam simulation platform covering all 8 major PMI certifications, ECO-aligned, and built to give candidates the most realistic preparation experience available in the MENA region.
